The 2017 event is well underway as the first competitors in both the BE90 and BE100 have completed the first dressage phase.
Dressage takes place throughout the day on Tuesday 2nd May with the remaining riders taking to the arena early on Wednesday 3rd May, before all riders tackle both the show jumping and final cross country phase all day on Wednesday. A list of rider times and results can be found HERE on the website.
British Event rider Tom McEwen hosted the first of four expert cross country course walks on Monday afternoon passing on top tips for the riders around the beautiful James Willis designed and built course – which crosses many of the famous routes of the international CCI4* track, including the lake. Nick Gauntlett, Yogi Breisner and Harry Meade host further course walks today, a list of times can be found HERE – they are open to all, simply meet at the start box.
